Refund & return policy
The most important thing for us is that you are satisfied with all Xplorafory Tests courses and that they lives up to your expectations. When you invest in us and our courses, you can therefore do that with confidence because of our 100% Costumer Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you give a hundred percent and do everything you can in our courses, but in the unlikely event feel we can’t help you or give you what we promised, we’ll refund every cent you’re invested with us. No questions asked. You can on every course site find out after how many days you can claim a refund, after a purchased course.
If possible we prefer to met up and give you a check with the full credit, this is important for us so we can listen to your feedback what we can make better. Our costumers are our top priority. If that’s not possible, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Cancelled course or changed dates
If a course would need to be canceled you will be refunded in the same way as you paid. It may take a few days before you receive the money in the account. The same applies if we should presumably need to change the dates at short notice.
Not received the refund?
If you haven’t received a refund contact your credit card company and bank, it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done that and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@xplorafory.com.
