Test architect at Alelion
Helping structure and setup the test and development organization from start to end. Coaching software developers, testers, hardware developers, electric engineers and project managers in testing. Creating test strategies for the organization. Planning testing in projects which also needed to follow the ISO standard 13849. I introduced TestLink for managing test cases and test reports.

Working with analysys and verification of feature areas relating to Infotainment such as the Driver Information Module, showing for example speed and fuel level. SAFe has been used as development method. I was coaching the team during the transformation from waterfall to an agile way of working with testing. Combined with working with test automation. I have also been acting as test architect for ART Multimedia.

Test lead at Husqvarna construction products
Helping Husqvarna with going from Ad hoc testing to an agile working method including adoption to the industry standard IEC 61508. As a first step the test management system Zephyr was introduced together with JIRA.
A joint work with a software developer was performed to work out an agile way of working, Scrum was chosen. Automatic testing was also implented, with the framework Robot Framework. An expert in IEC 61508 helped with the adoption to the entire process including hardware, electronics, mechanies and software to fulfil the standard.
