The 30-day period starts from the day you receive access to the course.

Refund requests submitted after the 30-day period cannot be accepted.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and apply only to the original purchaser.

Starting a course at a later date does not extend the 30-day refund period.

Cancellations and Changes

If a course or program is cancelled by Xplorafory Test AB, you will receive a full refund using the same payment method you used at checkout.

If course dates are changed and the new dates do not work for you, you may request a refund.
